Monitor and Coordinate with sales team to develop and implement parts retail sales plan.
- Ensure to achieve the assigned monthly sales target.
- Ability to manage client’s expectations and work with managers to achieve business target.
- Ensure the achievement of company objectives
- Cater to genuine auto parts of major brands to customers locally
- Manage the spare parts business operations for the organization's automobile segment.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize spare parts revenue.
- Ensure efficient inventory management to meet customer demand while minimizing carrying costs.
- Oversee parts marketing activities to achieve revenue goals.
- Manage daily activities of sales team to meet sales objectives.
- Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks.
- Identify new business opportunities to improve sales.
- Ensure that customer orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Analyze expenses and revenues and make adjustments in sales plan to achieve profitability.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the performance of sales team and develop performance improvement plans.
- Stay aware of the current market trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in similar role in any reputed Automobile Brand or Dealer Organisation
- Retail Focused and Target Oriented
- Excellent working knowledge of the UAE commercial markets for retail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantage
- Graduate or equivalent
- Knowledge of service and contracts and requests
- Experience of lone working in a challenging environment

**Salary**: AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Auto Spare Parts Retail Sales: 10 years (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE DL (required)
