Responsibilities Process guest arrivals and departures efficiently (check‑in / check‑out). Manage room bookings and respond to guest inquiries (reservations). Address guest needs and provide prompt solutions (guest service). Ensure accurate billing and payment processes. Coordinate with other departments to maintain guest satisfaction (communication). Qualifications Fluency in German and Russian. High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in front‑office operations preferred. Proficiency in property management systems. Excellent customer‑service and communication skills. Additional Requirements Commit to and maintain sustainable practices; enhance resource efficiency, minimize waste and promote eco‑friendly, social and ethical initiatives aligned with the hotel's ESG and CSR objectives. Ensure full compliance with local legal requirements, international standards, health & safety regulations, company policies, ISO standards and industry best practices.
