This leader must demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of regional cultures, languages, gaming preferences, and business practices. The VP is charged with cultivating VIP relationships, ensuring luxury experiences, managing regional teams, and executing targeted growth strategies.The Primary Duties And Responsibilities Of This Role AreStrategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to increase market share within key MENA regionsVIP Player Development: Establish and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, gaming agents, and regional influencersRegional Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage marketing teams and casino hosts based in key MENA cities (e.g., Dubai, Riyadh, Doha, Cairo)Market Penetration & Expansion: Collaborate with Wynn's global marketing teams to align strategies and share best practicesRevenue & Budget Management: Drive revenue growth by optimizing player acquisition and retention strategies tailored to MENA marketsCompliance & Risk Management: Oversee data privacy and cross-border communication policies to mitigate legal and reputational risksAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)At least 10 years of casino or luxury hospitality marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role focused on MENA marketsFluency in Arabic and English is highly desirableProven expertise in VIP marketing, relationship management, and high-level customer service deliveryDeep familiarity with MENA cultural norms, gaming preferences, and business etiquetteExceptional leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning abilitiesFlexible and willing to travel extensively throughout the MENA region and internationally as neededBackground in major regional hospitality or gaming hubs such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Doha, or CairoAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island's BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
