Join us today and experience Life at Visa.ResponsibilitiesIndependently lead and design part of a strategy that enables strong sustainable competitive advantage for Visa and generates tangible impact on Visa’s performanceBreakdown complex business problems, define a structured approach to addressing the component parts, independently formulate hypothesis and support project workstreamsDrive deep quantitative and qualitative analytical insight bringing a fresh and differentiated perspective, and supporting proposed recommendationsDrive thought leadership with creative, novel, disruptive, but highly practical and implementable solutions to the challenges faced by business ownersEnsure strategies and execution programs developed drive tangible commercial impact, secure active stakeholder buy-in and provide a clear actionable path to implementationDevelop frameworks that support the prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial valueDevelop clear, simple and impactful executive level communications, with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision makersDemonstrate outstanding people skills including supporting colleagues and acting as a magnet for future top talent to the strategy teamQualificationsBachelor’s Degree2 or more years of work experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking or equivalentPrior experience working and living in the Sub Saharan Africa region is a mustAdditional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
