You will act as a key operator within the People team, managing day‑to‑day HR processes, maintaining systems, and driving scalable workflows that increase efficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic, remote‑first setting. AccountabilitiesServe as the first point of contact for People‑related questions and issues across the company. Co‑own People Operations initiatives from diagnosis to resolution, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and follow‑through. Maintain HRIS data integrity, workflows, and lifecycle events, ensuring systems like HiBob remain accurate. Manage employee onboarding, performance cycles, and performance management tools such as Leapsome. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and create self‑service resources to simplify processes for team members. Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in People processes and implement scalable solutions. Support leadership with People analytics, ad‑hoc projects, and HR business partner initiatives.Requirements5+ years of HR / People experience, including 3+ years in a startup or tech environment. Experience supporting a global, remote‑first team of 100+ employees. Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob or similar) and performance management tools (Leapsome or equivalent). Strong operational judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace). Ability to translate business priorities into practical People solutions. High integrity and discretion when handling sensitive employee information. Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, low‑process environment with high autonomy.
