What You’ll Be Responsible For Pre‑Onboarding & Onboarding Coordinate pre‑employment processes including security clearances and documentation Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts using approved templates Manage onboarding coordination with IT, Finance, and business teams Ensure new joiners are accurately set up in HR systems from day one HR Systems & Data Ownership Maintain accurate employee data across the employee lifecycle Be the first point of contact for HR system issues Troubleshoot issues, coordinate with vendors, and see fixes through to completion Test new features, support integrations with other platforms, and help roll‑out system improvements Operational Support Across HR Support engagement, L&D, and performance cycles from an operational perspective Track timelines, prepare reports, and support communications Pull data and insights from systems to support decision‑making Continuous Improvement Spot gaps or inefficiencies in HR processes and propose improvements Help document processes and create simple guides for employees and managers Take initiative to improve how HR operations and systems work day to day Who We’re Looking For This role is suited to someone who is: Self‑starter who takes ownership and follows through Comfortable working independently and solving problems Execution‑focused and detail‑oriented Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow Confident dealing with systems, data, and vendors You won’t be micromanaged — you’ll be trusted to think, act, and deliver.
