We are seeking a seasoned commercial professional to drive strategic growth and expand our presence in the UAE market.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and convert high-value opportunities into long-term partnerships with key clients, particularly those with national or regional commercial property portfolios.Leverage an established network across commercial agencies, property owners, developers, architects, FM consultants, and other key stakeholders in the UAE and Gulf region to unlock new business opportunities and accelerate pipeline development.Become a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across key accounts, providing strategic guidance and support to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.Take ownership of sales targets, building a robust pipeline, forecasting accurately, and delivering consistent revenue growth across new and existing clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to localise and execute the go-to-market strategy, prioritising key verticals and adapting tactics based on market feedback.Represent our brand as a brand ambassador at events, trade shows, and client meetings to raise market awareness and deepen client engagement.Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled commercial leader with 7+ years of B2B experience in commercial real estate consulting, PropTech, surveying, construction tech, or similar sectors in the UAE/Gulf region.
