We use the latest technologies to give traders seamless access to our proprietary trading platforms. We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of user-centered product experiences across our trading platforms, mobile apps, and web interfaces. This role will be pivotal in driving product innovation, shaping design strategy, and ensuring exceptional usability in partnership with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams. Responsibilities Take ownership of end-to-end product design strategy and UX execution across ThinkMarkets' trading platforms (mobile, web, and desktop). Lead design strategy, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that optimize user journeys. Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and content teams to translate business needs into elegant solutions. Conduct and integrate user research, analytics, and qualitative feedback to iterate and improve product designs. Oversee design systems and asset libraries, ensuring consistency across platforms and touchpoints. Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performance design culture. Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to elevate ThinkMarkets' product experiences. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field 5+ years' experience as a Product Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer, ideally in fintech, trading, or financial services Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, user-centered design, and problem-solving Desire to experiment and learn with AI based design frameworks for mobile applications Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing, Content) Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, iterative environment balancing user needs and business goals Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities Proven experience designing for trading, investing, or financial platforms (e.g. stocks, futures, crypto) is required Experience with micro-interactions, animation, and advanced prototyping Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints Please include a link to your portfolio showcasing relevant product design work (mobile, web, and desktop).
