We are seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial leader to spearhead this exciting venture — building and growing the agency’s digital marketing offering while managing and commercially operating the podcast studio. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual who thrives in a start-up environment, is passionate about digital marketing and content, and has the drive to build and scale a business from the ground up. Podcast studio experience is highly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and grow the digital marketing agency’s operations in RAK. Oversee campaign delivery across content, social media, paid ads, and reporting. Develop growth strategies, marketing packages, and new revenue opportunities. Lead client relationships, proposals, and service delivery excellence. Manage day-to-day operations of the podcast studio, including client bookings and production schedules. Oversee podcast projects from concept to completion — recording, editing, and publishing. Develop and market the studio as a creative content hub in RAK.Team & OperationsBuild and manage a team of editors, freelancers, and content creators. Coordinate creative direction and ensure high-quality output across all deliverables. Foster local business partnerships and community engagement.Core RequirementsAmbitious, self-driven, and eager to build and scale a new business. Excellent spoken and written English (fluency essential; native not required). Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Based in Ras Al Khaimah or willing to relocate.Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience managing or operating a podcast studio or production environment. Hands-on digital marketing experience: content creation, social media management, and paid campaigns. Understanding of podcast workflows (recording, editing, packaging, publishing). Creative direction and ability to brief designers, editors, and content teams. Client service experience, including proposals and project management.
