Senior Relationship Manager – Trade & Working Capital Apply for this role at Mashreq. Job Purpose To manage existing and solicit new Trade & Working Capital (TWC) relationships within the Business Banking Division, meeting financial/non‑financial objectives. Key Result Areas Improve share of wallet and position as primary bank for each portfolio relationship. Enhance revenue from existing borrowing and non‑borrowing accounts through cross‑selling the full range of bank products. Identify opportunities for new-to-bank (NTB) relationships within the defined segment and risk parameters. Own the managed portfolio: provide superior customer service, maintain strong client relationships, and promote cross‑sell to maximize earnings. Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews, recommend appropriate credit facilities, and manage credit risk. Ensure timely delivery of the bank’s services/products and maintain documentation, client visits, and credit checks. Coordinate with internal and external advisors to ensure precision of agreements. Mentor junior ARMs to develop their capabilities and prepare for higher responsibility. Collaborate with business units, Risk Management and related enabler units to achieve business objectives. Adhere to all compliance and regulatory policies (KYC/AML, etc.). Knowledge, Skills and Experience Banking sales and service experience, proven in relationship management. In‑depth awareness of financial products, services, digitization, and technological advancements. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and strong interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills. Team player ability, ability to perform as part of a group. MBA/CA or equivalent preferred, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the local market.
