Job OverviewThis position involves leading a team to deliver comprehensive engineering and maintenance services for the Automatic Train Control (ATC) systems of Dubai Metro.Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing and guiding ATC system engineering and maintenance teams to perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on ATC equipment.Collaborate with the ATC Manager in planning and executing maintenance works, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Foster a culture of compliance by following established procedures and guidelines.Serve as a mentor to subordinates, providing guidance on job familiarization when required.Demonstrated expertise in electronics or electrical engineering discipline, preferably with experience in maintaining computer-based control systems.Excellent leadership skills with experience in supervising technical support teams;
