Senior ATC/ATM Engineer Responsibilities The ATS/ATMSeniorEngineer: - Is in charge of ATC/ATM expertise in the region, including: - Delivering expertise services within Artelia Airports projects for CNS/ATM equipment specification, implementation, operation, and maintenance considerations (CONOPS, commissioning, maintenance requirements…) - Maintaining an updated thorough knowledge of standards, local regulations, practices, suppliers, and innovations - Maintaining and developing precise knowledge of current ATC/ATM equipment for airports in the region - Developing networks with other experts - Is in charge of project management if the project is exclusively dedicated to ATC/ATM scope within a broader project. Ensures project performance in terms of cost, quality, and schedule, in compliance with Artelia Airports' procedures and standards. This includes: - Managing relationships with clients - Managing deliverables of supporting experts and/or partners - Managing contractual issues - Managing time schedules and budgets - Ensuring quality of services and deliverables - Contributing to business development for ATC/ATM services, including: - Assisting the business development and bid management team with meetings, presentations, and proposal preparations - Developing networks with clients, partners, and suppliers - Maintaining a pipeline of upcoming projects (extensions, upgrades, etc.) - Representing ADPI at conferences, exhibitions, etc. In a broader perspective, the Senior Engineer: - Fully contributes to the company's vision, policies, and public image through performance. - Participates in internal projects related to his/her function (QMS, reporting, etc.) if needed. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science or equivalent - 10-15 years of experience in CNS/ATC/ATM design and/or installation (minimum 8 years) - Expert knowledge of ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices on CNS/ATM systems - Experience in Project Management and Contract administration - Excellent presentation and coordination skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Highly proficient in spoken and written English; strong organizational and analytical skills - ATSEP certification or equivalent is a plus - Experience in quality management is a plus - Former ATC controller is a plus - French speaking is a plus Note to recruiters: Please note that Artelia Airports does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
