Our clients are fintechs, exchanges and payment companies in the Middle East and Europe. Before they decide, they need someone who understands both their business and our platform: which modules fit, what needs building, how long it takes and what it needs to go live.

That is you. You will run discovery calls and demos, turn a client's idea into a solution design and a scoped proposal, and stay with them through the launch as the bridge between their team and our engineers.

You will be based in our Dubai office, work closely with the founders on sales, and travel in the region when a deal needs it.

What you will do

Lead technical discovery with prospective clients and map their product to our modules
Run tailored demos of our crypto exchange, banking, card, SoftPOS and payment gateway platforms
Write solution designs, scope documents and answers to RFPs and security questionnaires
Estimate timelines with our engineers, and hand over clearly when a project starts
Support clients through integration and launch as their technical point of contact
Bring what clients ask for back to the product team

What we look for

4+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, technical consultant or engineer in fintech, payments or crypto
A working understanding of how payment, banking, card or crypto platforms fit together
Able to read API documentation and explain system architecture to technical and business audiences
Excellent spoken and written English
Based in Dubai, or ready to relocate

Nice to have

Arabic
Knowledge of VARA, DFSA, CBUAE or MiCA rules
A network among banks, fintechs or exchanges in the GCC
A hands-on engineering background
