What You’ll Do:As a key member of the Creative Team, the Creative Designer will deliver high-quality, impactful design work that supports marketing and brand initiatives across multiple channels. This role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure creative output aligns with business objectives and brand standards.The Creative Designer will play an important role in supporting brand growth across markets and will act as a creative point of contact for marketing teams. We are seeking a talented and innovative designer who can develop visually compelling content for both digital and print platforms, contributing to cohesive, effective, and engaging brand communications.Key Responsibilities:Create engaging visual designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and advertisementsDesign marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, banners, and brand collateralDevelop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all materialsCollaborate with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into creative assetsSupport campaigns with creative concepts, layouts, and visual storytellingEdit and enhance images, graphics, and videos as requiredManage multiple design projects while meeting deadlinesStay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practicesRequirements and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experienceMinimum 4 years of proven experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar roleStrong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design expertiseProficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout designAbility to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback effectivelyStrong attention to detail and time management skillsPreferred Skills:Motion graphics or video editing experienceUI UX design knowledgeExperience working with fintech, tech, or digital platforms
