Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IB Management Specialist with a strong background in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry to lead, manage, and expand our Introducing Broker (IB) network. This role is strictly open to industry professionals with proven IB resources and hands‑on experience in broker‑side sales or partnership management. Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) within the Forex / CFD brokerage ecosystem Develop and execute IB acquisition and retention strategies to drive trading volume and revenue growth Maintain close relationships with active IBs, ensuring long‑term collaboration and performance sustainability Support IBs with onboarding, training, product knowledge, and promotional campaigns Monitor IB performance, trading volume, and commission structures; identify opportunities for optimization Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth IB operations Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to support business strategy Ensure all IB‑related activities comply with regulatory and internal compliance requirements Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry Proven experience in IB management, broker sales, or partnership development Existing IB network or strong industry connections is highly preferred Solid understanding of brokerage products, trading platforms, spreads, commissions, and rebate models Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills Results‑driven mindset with the ability to work independently Experience working with international or multi‑market IBs is an advantage Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus What We Offer Competitive base salary + performance‑based commission High autonomy and ownership in managing IB partnerships Opportunity to work with a fast‑growing, international brokerage Direct exposure to senior management and regional decision‑making Long‑term career growth within the brokerage business Why Join Us You will be working with a professional brokerage team that values industry expertise, performance, and long‑term partnerships .
