This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of strategic client relationships and sales origination contributing to the success of our most significant clients.Job SummaryAs a CEEMEA Senior Sales Director within our sales team you will take charge of originating sales and managing relationships with our largest and most strategic clients in the CEEMEA region particularly those in the Energy sector. Your role will require fulltime intensive engagement with clients at their headquarters and throughout their global operations. You will interact with client contacts at various levels adeptly navigating the complexity and diversity of their businesses. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in promoting our sales strategy and ensuring the success of our client relationships.Job ResponsibilitiesLead sales origination efforts for the largest and most strategic Energy sector clients in the CEEMEA region.Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with key client stakeholders at multiple levels.Provide comprehensive coverage of client operations both at headquarters and globally to ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement tailored financial solutions that meet client needs.Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Represent J.P. Morgan Payments at industry events and client meetings showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership.Drive the development and of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.Mentor and guide junior sales team members fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends to maintain a competitive edge.Required qualifications capabilities and skillsAble to demonstrate the required level of experience in cash management sales and relationship managementPossesses knowledge and understanding of Payments productsCompetence in assessing new opportunities/contacting key decision makersStrong account planning and demonstratedStrong creative solution and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skillsProven ability to build and develop relationshipsSuperb attention to detail and time management skillsUnderstanding of Compliance and KYC processesEffective collaboration relationshipbuilding and interpersonal skillsRequired ExperienceDirector#J-18808-Ljbffr
