This role directly supports the branch in achieving daily and monthly sales objectives while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience. The position is location-specific and supports end-to-end sales coordination activities across assigned branches within the UAE.What you will doPrepare, verify, and manage deal packs for invoicing and vehicle deliveryCreate and process financial documentation for bank deals and coordinate with accounting teamsValidate customer documentation to ensure compliance prior to deliveryCoordinate sales operations including demo, display, Goshi, and marketing unitsEnsure availability, correct display, and specification accuracy of showroom vehiclesManage aged stock vehicles and support physical stock verification at branch levelCoordinate vehicle sanitation, inspection, damage repair, and on-time delivery in line with SLAsManage demo units including registration, de‑registration, fueling, Salik, and related logisticsHandle administrative and ad‑hoc sales support activities to ensure smooth branch operationsRequired skills to be successfulStrong coordination and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail in documentation and system updatesAbility to work under pressure in a fast‑paced retail environmentCustomer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving capabilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneouslyWhat equips you for the roleHigh school graduate or equivalent qualificationMinimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sales support or dealership operations roleProficiency in SAP for documentation, invoicing, and system updatesStrong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS ExcelExperience supporting retail automotive or sales operations environmentsAbility to work across UAE branches as requiredAlignment with and commitment to Al-Futtaim ValuesAbout the teamYou will be part of the Sales Department, working closely with Sales Consultants, Drivers, Finance, and Operations teams at branch level.
