Process Specialist – Business Excellence & Business Continuity ManagementWe are looking to hire a Process Specialist – Business Excellence & Business Continuity Management to support and execute leasing operations for our client – a leading semi‑government organization in the region. The role will design, implement, and continually improve the organization's quality management system (QMS), governance processes, and excellence initiatives.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport implementation and maintenance of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System across organizational functions.Coordinate internal audits, management reviews, and corrective actions to ensure continual improvement.Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives for QMS, governance, and excellence‑related processes.Support integration of systems such as document control tools and audit management platforms.Liaise with internal departments, quality champions, and committees to promote a culture of excellence.Prepare communications, reports, and presentations for management and external certification or award bodies.Support review and update of the Management DOA to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance.Coordinate feedback, consolidation, and version control of DOA updates with stakeholders.Support preparation, submission, and follow‑up of internal and external excellence award applications.Maintain repository of past applications, feedback reports, and improvement initiatives.Knowledge, Skills & ExperienceMinimum 4-6 years of experience in Quality, Governance, or Business Excellence roles.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred.Experience with excellence awards preparation, policy governance, and process improvement is an advantage.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.AvailabilityPreference will be given to candidates available to join immediately upon selection.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionQuality Assurance, General Business, and Business DevelopmentIndustriesReal Estate and Human Resources ServicesLocation: Dubai, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
