Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the team; including filing, data entry, photocopying and other tasks as requested Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant person or department Manage incoming/outgoing mail and couriers Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries accordingly Complete other duties as assigned by the manager Ensure the office is kept in a neat and tidy state at all times Monitor office supplies inventory levels; order new items when necessary Maintain records of staff attendance and leave requests Schedule meetings, book conference rooms, manage catering orders Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business or administration preferred but not essential Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with excellent telephone mannerisms Strong computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) is essential Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while possessing strong organizational skills Foreigners are welcome to apply #J-18808-Ljbffr
