Represent the company at real estate events, job fairs, and industry networking gatherings.Market Intelligence & ComplianceStay informed on real estate hiring trends, commission models, licensing regulations, and competitor talent strategies. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with UAE labor laws, company policies, and data privacy regulations.Key RequirementsMinimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real estate, brokerage, or high‑volume sales environments. Proven success in recruiting real estate agents or similar commission‑based roles. Strong knowledge of real estate structures such as commission splits, independent contractor models, and licensing.
