We are looking for an Investment and Partnership Associate / Manager to drive deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution within the web3 space. The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in the industry and will excel in conducting research and analyzing market dynamics to identify emerging trends. Responsibilities: Drive investment or partnership deal sourcing, due diligence, and execution. Assist in the execution of partnership and incubation projects, including liaising and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate prospective web3 projects. Collect latest market intelligence and analyze cryptocurrency market dynamics to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities. Engage in industry events and professional networks to strengthen market presence and establish strategic relationships with projects, investors, exchanges, and market influencers. Prepare investment memos, management presentations, and other reports for senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. More than 3 years of professional experience in the web3 industry. Ability to independently identify, evaluate, initiate, and close new investment and partnership opportunities. Strong self-motivation to expand industry networks and maintain professional relationships within the cryptocurrency ecosystem. Good problem-solving skills, with proven ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong team orientation. Strong interest in latest technologies such as Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies, and Artificial Intelligence.
