Combining contemporary comfort with warm design, the hotel enjoys a prime location within the Qaryat Al Beri complex alongside Shangri-La properties, CHI, The Spa, and the Souk. Traders Hotel, Abu Dhabi As an Order Taker, you will handle guest orders promptly and accurately, ensuring excellent service provided. You will communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and service teams, and assist guests with menu recommendations while maintaining a friendly, professional attitude. Key ResponsibilitiesReceiving and processing guest orders accurately and efficiently through phone, in-person, or digital means. Communicating orders to the kitchen, supply area, or other departments to ensure smooth operation. Maintaining a thorough understanding of all products and services to assist guests and make appropriate suggestions. Processing payments accurately and providing guests with receipts, while suggesting additional or premium products to increase sales.About YouExcellent communication and listening skills to receive guest orders accurately. Strong guest service skills with a friendly attitude. Attention to detail to ensure correct order entry and delivery. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) system knowledge. 1–2 years of bartending experience in a Hotel, Restaurant or Bar.
