Senior Account Director – Dubai As a Senior Account Director, you will play a key role in nurturing and expanding our relationship with our clients based in Dubai. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, strategising to meet their objectives, and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality services. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, effective communication, and leadership skills. Client Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Understand client goals, needs, and expectationsStrategic PlanningDevelop account plans aligned with client objectives Collaborate with clients to identify business opportunities Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver services/products on time and within budget Provide guidance and mentorship to account teamsCommunicationEffectively communicate with clients to convey strategies, updates, and project statuses Ensure clear internal communication to align teams with client expectationsRevenue GrowthIdentify opportunities for account growth and upselling Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growthProblem ResolutionAddress client concerns promptly and effectively Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issuesMarket AnalysisStay informed about industry trends and market conditions Use market insights to propose innovative solutionsContract ManagementOversee contract negotiations and renewals Ensure contracts are compliant and meet both client and company expectationsRequired Skills and ExperienceProven experience in similar Account Director roles Experience in selling technology services, including Digital transformation, Data visualisation or Cloud migration (AWS or Azure) Land and expand experience within an account of €25m+ value and be able to articulate your accountable growth of the client Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to analyse data and market trends Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills Customer‑centric approach with a focus on client satisfaction Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growthWhat’s In It For YouAn opportunity to join a fast‑growing company Options for career advancement Learning and development opportunities Flexible working environment Competitive salaries based on experienceEqual Opportunity Employer Amach is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit.
