Corporate Paralegal Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Team & Corporate Department. This role will support all corporate-legal operations and contribute to the team's success.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to work closely with experienced lawyers and develop their expertise in corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.About UsWe are a leading law firm based in Abu Dhabi, recognized for our robust litigation and corporate practice and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage corporate-legal documentation, including drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, and other documents.Conduct research, summaries, and corporate agreements under supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Support contract lifecycle management, corporate governance, and compliance tasks, ensuring timely delivery and organizational standards.Liaise with external advisors, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders, promoting effective communication and coordination.Monitor and track corporate timelines and deliverables, maintaining a high level of organization and productivity.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline.2–4 years' experience in a paralegal or legal-support role within a law-firm or corporate legal team.Familiarity with UAE corporate law, contracts, and regulatory framework.Proficient in English and Arabic (written and spoken).High level of attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document-management systems.Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and maintain composure under pressure.
