Position Overview: You will join our Legal Team & Corporate Department, working closely with the Head of Corporate Department and a Partner handling corporate matters and drafting legal documents. Your role will support all corporate-legal operations and contribute to the team’s success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing and managing corporate-legal documentation. - Perform legal research, summaries and corporate agreements under supervision. - Support the team in contract lifecycle management, corporate governance and compliance tasks. - Update and maintain records in the firm’s system; coordinate with internal legal teams and ensure accuracy. - Liaise with external advisors, regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders. - Monitor and track corporate timelines and deliverables, ensuring they meet organisational standards.
