The ideal candidate may also bring deep expertise in Information Technology, particularly in implementing Loan Origination Systems within banks or financial institutions.The role involves collaborating with top banking clients in Abu Dhabi to drive transformation projects that enhance operational efficiencies, client experiences, and compliance across lending products.Main Responsibilities:Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for corporate and wholesale lending processes.Lead business analysis for digital transformation initiatives, focusing on loan origination.Capture and translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.Liaise with stakeholders to validate workflows, business rules, and system enhancements.Collaborate with IT and vendor teams during platform integration and implementation cycles.Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (e.g. UAE Central Bank IFRS 9).Provide support during user testing, training, and post-go-live adoption.
