Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Calypso Expert.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Calypso application and be able to work closely with internal teams to develop functional capabilities in-house.This is a unique opportunity for a techno-functional expert to drive strategic bank initiatives and contribute to the development of cutting-edge functionalities.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and functionalities within the Calypso application.Lead the implementation of change control processes to ensure seamless delivery of new features and enhancements.Develop and maintain expertise in Calypso APIs, database tables, and overall architecture.Analyze and resolve complex production issues through effective problem-solving and analytical skills.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:Total 10 years of experience in the Calypso domain.5-7 years of experience working with Calypso as a developer, preferably on Calypso version 11.Ability to write SQL queries and understand Calypso database tables.Strong understanding of overall Calypso Architecture.Hands-on experience with Calypso development and customizations, including Scheduled Tasks, Reports, Engines.Understanding and application of Calypso APIs.Excellent analytical skills, with ability to analyze and resolve complex production issues.Good understanding of Calypso's message and sender frameworks.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of Fixed Income Markets & Products.About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level position that requires a strong background in Calypso development and a passion for driving innovation.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.This is a full-time employment opportunity.The job function is IT Services and IT Consulting.
