About the Role Our client is seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate/Senior Associate to join the team supporting a visionary government digital entity. This role is perfect for a consultant with 4–6 years of experience who thrives on solving complex problems and executing strategic projects. You will be instrumental in supporting strategy formulation, conducting deep‑dive analyses, and ensuring the smooth execution of transformative digital projects. Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Support: Support the strategic planning cycle by conducting rigorous analysis, performing strategic deep dives, and employing structured problem‑solving techniques to address key business challenges. Transformation Execution: Assist in transformation planning and provide vital project management support, tracking project milestones, supporting value realization efforts, and helping to prepare executive updates. Digital Project Involvement: Act as a key team member on digital and technology‑related projects, contributing analytical insights and supporting project delivery. Collaborative Execution: Work effectively within a fast‑paced, agile team environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high‑quality outputs under tight deadlines. Qualifications and Experience 4–6 years of professional experience, ideally within a leading consulting firm. Strong foundation in strategic analysis, business modeling, and structured problem‑solving. Experience in supporting transformation projects, with a good understanding of project management principles and tools. Exposure to digital, technology, or IT‑related projects is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. A self‑starter who is adaptable and thrives in a dynamic, results‑oriented culture.
