Project Manager, Influencer Marketing (Arabic Speaking) YKONE is a global marketing group trusted by iconic brands from the fashion, luxury, travel & beauty industries. Our creative DNA & data-driven approach allows us to conduct international projects for various actors including Nespresso, L’Oréal, Dior, Chanel, TAG Heuer, Estée Lauder as well as several Tourism Offices in the world (Visit Abu Dhabi, Visit Turkey, Visit the USA…) Headquartered in Paris, YKONE has offices in Milan, Dubai, Berlin, Munich, Abu Dhabi, Geneva, Miami, Riyadh, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Doha and Las Vegas. The Project Manager will report to the International Manager Director and join the International Project Management team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. YOUR MISSION On ground management : hosting influencers on ground during throughout their stay Client facing : day-to-day client relation, ensure satisfaction, ensure clear follow up and communication, ensure accuracy and excellence of all client documents Ensure a clear reporting internally Strategy preparation : insights, benchmarks, case studies, digital trends, social listening, activations In-bound management : management of the inbound social media requests of clients WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION You have a first experience in influencer marketing or social media, with 1-3 years of experience Previous agency experience is a plus You have experience working with GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) and in project management You have interest in working in travel/hospitality Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Communications YOUR SKILLS You are an Arabic native speaker Highly organized, rigorous, detail oriented, strong communication skills Creative & forward thinking mind You understand the lifecycle of a project and have experience in project management You have ideally worked in an international environment and are sure a collaborative team member Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Extremely professional, confidential and have a positive attitude Use of Google Suite THE OPPORTUNITY Position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE 3-4 days a week office requirement TO APPLY If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume/CV on the following link We look forward to hearing from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
