Description Ontime Group is looking for an ambitious and skilled Business Development Specialist specializing in interior fitout solutions. This role will focus on driving business growth within the healthcare sector by leveraging your expertise in interior design and fitout services to meet our clients needs. Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients in the healthcare industry seeking interior fitout services Develop and implement targeted business development strategies to capture new market opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including architects contractors and healthcare providers Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction Track industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategy adjustments Attend industry-related networking events to enhance visibility and promote services Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed to meet targets Requirements Proven experience as a Business Development Specialist in the interior fitout or design industry Strong knowledge of healthcare industry needs and interior fitout requirements Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in creating and delivering impactful presentations Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software Benefits Salary Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
