Description Ontime Group is looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Executive specialized in Interior Fitout Contracting Services to join our growing team. This role will focus on expanding our client base and enhancing our service offerings within the interior fitout sector. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the interior fitout contracting space Build and nurture strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders Perform market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive dynamics Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients Negotiate terms and close contracts to achieve and exceed sales targets Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and project expectations Monitor project and client satisfaction postcontract signing Attend industry conferences and networking events to enhance visibility and foster connections Requirements Proven experience in business development within the interior fitout or contracting industry Strong knowledge of interior design concepts and fitout processes Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for growth Resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits Salary Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
