Position titleLegal SpecialistDescriptionTabby is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in the legal sector. The candidate must possess an understanding of UAE laws and regulations, excellent drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role will involve assisting with legal documentation, contract management, and providing general administrative support to the legal department in the UAE office.Responsibilities* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, including contracts, NDAs, MOUs, and corporate resolutions.* Support the legal team with contract lifecycle management, including tracking execution, renewals, and terminations.* Conduct legal research and summarize findings on UAE laws, regulations, and compliance requirements along with providing support in relation to regulatory filings.* Maintain legal files, databases, and documentation in an organized and secure manner.* Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as required.* Monitor and track changes in local laws and regulations that may impact the business.* Assist in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.* Provide general administrative support to the legal department.Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.* Minimum of 1–2 years of paralegal or legal assistant experience, preferably within the UAE.* Solid understanding of UAE laws and regulatory landscape.* Familiarity with contract management software or legal tech tools.* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.* Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a high level of integrity and professionalism.Job Benefits* We offer flexible working hours and trust you to work enough hours to do your job well at times that suit you and your team.* A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.* You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.* Participation in the company’s employee stock options program.* Health Insurance.* Flexi Perks**:** A monetary benefit that gives you the freedom to use it as you choose—whether for health and well-being, education and professional development or travel needsJob LocationDubai, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
