Job Title: Senior Digital Growth LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned eCommerce Director to spearhead our digital growth strategy in the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions. This role will be responsible for driving web direct channels, optimizing the eCommerce experience, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Be the Digital Performance Driver for MEAPACDevelop and execute strategies to accelerate web-direct performance across brand.com and All.com, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.Oversee data-driven initiatives with paid media partners and manage a team supporting MEA and APAC regions.Collaborate with revenue management teams to optimize pricing structures and inventory management.Strengthen the Digital FoundationsCollaborate with digital product teams to influence feature development, optimize the booking journey, and troubleshoot platform issues.Develop A/B tests to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.Be the Go-to-Market Champion for New HotelsLead the digital charge for new hotel openings, coordinating all eCommerce elements of the opening roadmap.Work closely with operations teams to facilitate an omnichannel approach and build towards successful openings.Required Skills and Qualifications:A minimum of 10 years of experience in eCommerce management within the hospitality industry.Proven market knowledge of the Middle East and strong understanding of APAC digital landscapes.Strong expertise in full-funnel digital marketing, including performance marketing, paid media strategy, SEO, CRM, and ROI management.Benefits:Competitive salary and great healthcare benefits.Lots of opportunity to progress and switch it up as part of a global family of brands.Learning opportunities to broaden your skillset and development that helps you think, make, and thrive at work.Additional Information:The opportunity to embark on an exciting career in a company that is taking off.Ennismore's values and fast-growing environment.
