Operating from a 50,000 square-metres plot comprising an office, state-of-the-art warehouse and reconditioning facility, Doka Gulf has been setup to provide faster access to its highly valued customers, and the agility required to meet market demand. In line with our regional growth, Doka Gulf is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the company’s ongoing national expansion. The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team. Responsibilities Engineering lead of day-to-day business of team made up of Planning Engineers with different skill and experience levels Plans the work schedule of assigned resources in coordination with overall capacities Ensure team capacities are used effectively, taking competencies and availability as well as deadlines into account Provide strong leadership for his team and actively promote knowledge sharing and engineering trainings for the development of the group Motivate team members in achieving individual and group success goals by being a role model and a mentor Implement formwork solutions as per project requirements and guides team members to value engineering Create and conduct customer presentations and assist Sales in client technical meetings Internally communicate and coordinate with other teams and departments Ensure implementation of Doka engineering standards and work instructions Personally handle key projects as Project engineer-in-charge Qualifications Technical/Civil Engineering Qualification At least 5 years of intensive experience in formwork engineering (and structural analysis); Doka formwork experience is preferred Team management and leadership experience skills Auto CAD proficiency; 3D software (i.e. Revit) knowledge is an advantage Well-versed in office software tools Solid communication skills in English Team player and role model with attention to detail and a feel for economic matters Ability to work unsupervised and manage teams, projects and all internal and external stakeholders Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, delegate and deliver presentations Eager to learn and improve knowledge and skills of themselves and their team Shows adaptability, is open to change and able to manage it Thorough understanding of our business model and cross-functional collaboration Additional Information Job Type: Full timeLocation: Dubai / UAE #J-18808-Ljbffr
