As a Call Center Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service and support while ensuring a positive experience for every caller.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely mannerProvide accurate information about our clinics, services, and policiesManage patient complaints and concerns, resolving issues efficiently and effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless patient experienceDocument patient interactions and maintain accurate recordsMeet or exceed call quality and productivity targetsRequirements & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field2-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in customer service or call center operationsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluency in English (spoken and written)Proficiency in additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian) is a plusExcellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
