Responsibilities Supervise scaffolding erection modification and dismantling activities at offshore sites. Ensure all scaffolding work meets ADNOC standards project specifications and international safety regulations. Conduct risk assessments inspections and safety briefings (Toolbox Talks) before commencing work. Manage scaffolding teams ensuring proper allocation of manpower and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect scaffolding structures to verify stability load capacity and compliance with work permits. Coordinate with construction maintenance and HSE teams to ensure scaffolding supports operational needs. Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities materials used and permits issued. Train and mentor scaffolders on best practices hazard identification and offshore safety measures. Participate in audits incident investigations and corrective action implementation. Ensure proper tagging (Green Yellow Red) of scaffolding structures as per industry standards. Qualifications Certification in Scaffolding (CISRS TUV or equivalent). Minimum 8 years of experience in scaffolding supervision within offshore oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of BS EN OSHA and ADNOC scaffolding regulations . Valid offshore safety certifications (e.g. BOSIET H2S PTW Work at Height ). Experience in managing scaffolding operations in hazardous offshore environments. Strong leadership communication and safety enforcement skills. Additional Information Familiarity with ADNOC offshore procedures and work permit systems. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings for scaffolding requirements. Experience working in offshore rotations and managing multi-national teams.
