**Job Title**: Scaffolding Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise scaffolding teams for erection, alteration, and dismantling works as per project requirements.
- Ensure all scaffolding structures comply with safety regulations, load capacity, and engineering drawings.
- Conduct scaffold inspections and issue permits before use.
- Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project managers for daily work planning.
- Train manpower on scaffolding safety standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation, inspection records, and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA / local UAE safety standards.
- Control scaffolding material usage and maintain stock reports.

**Requirements**:

- 5-6 years of relevant experience as Scaffolding Supervisor in construction / industrial projects.
- Valid Scaffolding Supervisor / Inspector certification (CITB, TUV, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems (Tube & Coupler, Cup lock, Ring lock, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- UAE experience preferred
