This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for delivering tailored insurance solutions, strong communication and negotiation skills and a drive to excel in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The Candidate will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of selecting the best medical insurance policies, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement : Proactively handle inbound inquiries, delivering expert advice on medical insurance products to new and existing clients.
  2. Consultative Sales : Understand client needs and recommend insurance solutions using strong consultative and negotiation skills.
  3. End-to-End Service : Ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience from the initial contact to policy issuance.
  4. Quotations and Presentations : Present and clearly explain insurance quotations, providing expert guidance to facilitate informed decisions and successfully close deals.
  5. Relationship Building : Establish trust and long-term relationships with clients by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

Desired Skills:

  1. Educational Background : Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  2. Sales Expertise : Minimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance sales and administration.
