  • Daily update of order status reports with shipping companies.
  • Evaluate the performance of shipping companies on a daily basis.
  • Provide detailed reports on the highest demand cities and delivery speed rates and upload any observations.
  • Coordinate and follow-up shipping operations for the new opening branches in the region.
  • Follow up with the shipping company for delayed orders and manage returns.
  • Monitor shipping companies for violations.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department for branches' delivery issues.

Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, computer science, or information technology. Subjects studied in these programs include e-commerce, business, statistics, programming, and marketing.

Required Skills - Must be able to read, write, and converse in Arabic.

Must be present inside UAE.
