Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery operation for six states of UAE (Sharjah, Ajman, Uaq, Fujairah, Rak, Dubai).
  2. Receiving delivery order from sales team, creating confirmation, and sending to store team for loading after confirmation by sales manager.
  3. Delivery order as written communication via company email or delivery request being signed and approved.
  4. Planning routes for distribution and deploying trucks on the same routes.
  5. Filling, verifying, and submitting local sales invoices to accounts after all invoices are completed.
  6. Creating system invoices for daily sales as well as a sales summary of the day.
  7. Receiving cash and cheque from drivers and handing over to the sales team.
  8. Checking for shortages of stock if the storekeeper is missing any items.
  9. Updating the attendance of employees in the system.
  10. Communicating with garage and transport team to arrange for the required maintenance of distribution trucks, vehicle breakdowns, and trucks handover and takeover.
  11. Checking and balancing parking permissions, fines, etc.
  12. Making system sales agreements for replenishment and customized items for production.
  13. Preparing monthly sales commission reports for sales drivers and helpers.
  14. Updating the attendance system for the sales and delivery team.
  15. Handling all HR-related work for team members.
