About Us:
Ecomma is a fast-growing micro private equity firm based in Dubai, specializing in the acquisition and growth of ecommerce businesses. Our team is motivated, entrepreneurial, and passionate about scaling ecommerce ventures through strategic investments. As we expand, we're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us qualify and filter potential investment opportunities sourced through Facebook ads.
Role Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to contact, qualify, and filter leads generated through our Facebook ad campaigns. You will engage with potential business owners, assess their suitability for investment, and help determine which opportunities are the best fit for our firm. This is a fully remote role, offering you flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Outreach:
- Reach out to leads generated by Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Call, email, or message prospects to discuss their ecommerce businesses and assess their interest in our investment opportunities.
- Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as business size, profitability, and market niche.
- Filter and prioritize leads to ensure that only high-potential opportunities are passed along for further consideration.
- Candidate Filtering:
- Evaluate the suitability of leads for investment, ensuring they meet the standards and requirements of the firm.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of potential leads, updating their status and any relevant information in the CRM.
- Communication and Reporting:
- Provide regular updates to the team on lead status, challenges, and opportunities.
- Document all interactions with leads and track key metrics related to lead quality and conversion.
Requirements:
- Experience in lead generation, ideally within the ecommerce or private equity space.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with potential business owners.
- Comfortable calling and filtering leads without managing or creating the ad campaigns.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage and organize leads.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
