KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the restaurant's operations and daily management. Establish and uphold a high standard of service quality and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled team while promoting a positive work culture. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate buzz and attract customers. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and ensure profitability. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food quality standards. Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and the local community to further our visibility and reputation. Gather guest feedback to continuously improve the dining experience and service quality. Requirements Extensive experience as a General Manager or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Proven track record in launching new restaurants or managing high-volume operations. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build a cohesive team. Excellent financial acumen and business management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Thorough understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staffing, and customer service. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations in the food industry. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry, including 3 years in a management role. Previous experience with multi-outlet operations is a plus.
