**Roles and Responsibilities**

Responsible for the management and achievement of Branch production targets of Motor, Medical, Fire General & Accident and other General insurance sales.

**Job Duties**:
1. Be able to deliver branch sales and operational targets.

2. Be able to resource, hire, train and manage the direct sales team and their targets.

3. Be able to generate business through broker relations and social networking.

4. Be able to update the management on branch production and through activity reports periodically.

5. Be able to supervise the branch administrative support staff.

6. Any additional tasks assigned by manager.

**Qualifications**:
1. Have a Master's Degree or Business Qualification in Insurance.

2. Having 10 or more years insurance sales experience.

3. Experience of Technical Operations such as underwriting, claims, policy administration and customer service.

4. Good English (written and spoken) communication and Arabic Fluency is a must.

5. Well-acquainted with UAE insurance legislation and recent market changes.

**Salary**: From AED1.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
