Responsibilities Coordinate orders and delivery deadlines to customers and logistics functions in all countries where represented. Provide sales support to customers, International Group Companies (IGC), and sales managers worldwide. Handle, coordinate, and execute various cases, including unsatisfied customers. Sort mail, manage workflows, and complete or issue certificates. Follow up on incomplete offers and orders. Update the ERP system regarding customer master data. Assist other company units (debtor, procurement, sourcing) when they need assistance. Drive sales and development of long‑term service contracts with customers in the marine and power sectors. Network, qualify opportunities, identify needs, and respond in a B2B sales context. Coordinate with local senior managers to identify and qualify opportunities, and with tendering support in HQ to define scope, timeline and costing inputs. Calculate proposal sales pricing in-house using cost inputs from tendering colleagues. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HQ, legal, technical, commercial) to ensure proposal accuracy and compliance. Investigate, identify and incorporate external costs or inputs. Review technical requirements in coordination with technical experts and develop proposal strategy to win projects. Write budgetary or firm proposals based on in‑house templates. Present or explain proposals to customers. Manage contract negotiations with customers, initially with management support, and coordinate contract review/adjustment with in‑house legal, technical, commercial experts. Handover contracts to the execution team, summarising essential terms and conditions. Develop own knowledge of contract, pricing, and negotiation strategies with mentoring and on‑the‑job training. Manage bid, tender and project requirements during the acquisition phase. Qualify and develop bidding strategy for promising leads, analysing enquiry/project requests for proposals and creating responsive proposals in line with departmental guidelines. Develop accurate scopes of work descriptions with customers to determine costing input requirements. Coordinate with IGC Support, local contacts and after‑sales colleagues to identify cost inputs for specific categories such as spare parts and local labour rates. Register new enquiry information and maintain project status within the CRM system for periodic management reports. Qualifications Substantial experience with administrative work and with IT systems. Good knowledge of company products and solid sales foundations. Service‑oriented, professional credibility, solution‑oriented, interpersonal, coordination skills and ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously. Flexible mindset; embrace and support change management. Excellent English language skills (spoken and written). Good corporate skills and willingness to support the team. Strong competence in speaking, writing, and reading French and English, with additional business‑level Arabic/German an asset. University degree (Business/Commerce, Engineering) and industry or B2B sales experience in the power/marine sector. Experience in sales and tender management/budgeting of high‑value capital goods, exposure to contracts, and technical knowledge (mechanical/electrical/marine) advantageous. Team player, goal and deadline‑focused, with strong communication, interpersonal, and intercultural social skills.
