  4. Responsible for the planning on larger or more complex projects, minor business units or parts of larger business units.
  5. Advises on complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  6. Manages planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
  7. Oversees planning/scheduling, EVM, project controls methodologies.
  8. Influences complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively.
  9. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
  10. Creates plans and analyses trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
  11. Supports senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence & other business development.
