Roles and responsibilities
  • Benchmark and implementbest practices and establish sustainable mechanisms to audit anddrive adoption of these processes/systems
  • Usethe PDCA methodology to drive small scale improvements inprocesses
  • Use the Kaizen methodology to drivelarge scale process improvements or reduction incosts.
  • Own the roll out of new processes toimprove Customer experience.
  • Sustain roll outof Continuous Improvement (CI) essentials and Kaizen essentialstraining to managers.
  • Own and Lead newinitiatives and partnerships for LastMile.
  • Regular deep dives of concessions,contacts and other quality metrics to enhance delivery &doorstep experience.

BasicQualifications

  • 3+ years of program or projectmanagement experience
  • 3+ years of working crossfunctionally with tech and non-tech teamsexperience
  • 3+ years of defining andimplementing process improvement initiatives using data and metricsexperience
  • Bachelor'sdegree
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables,VLookUps) at an advanced level andSQL
  • Experience defining program requirementsand using data and metrics to determineimprovements
  • 3+ years of data analysisexperience

  • Master'sdegree
  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery,and communicating results to senior leadershipexperience
  • Experience in stakeholdermanagement, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels ofthe organization
  • Experience building processes,project management, and schedules

1. Process ImprovementMethodologies

  • Proficiencyin Lean , SixSigma , Kaizen , andother process improvement frameworks to identify inefficiencies andimplement corrective actions.
  • Knowledge ofprocess mapping and process reengineering techniques to redesignworkflows for better efficiency andeffectiveness.

2.ProjectManagement

  • Strongproject management skills, including defining project goals,timelines, resources, and tracking performancemetrics.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teamsand manage complex projects through to successfulcompletion.

3. DataAnalysis andReporting

  • Ability tocollect, analyze, and interpret data to assess current processes,identify bottlenecks, and measure the effectiveness of improvementinitiatives.
  • Experience using data analyticstools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to visualize and report onperformance metrics and improvementprogress.

4.Problem-Solving and CriticalThinking

  • Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root causesof inefficiencies and create actionablesolutions.
  • Ability to think critically andcreatively to address challenges in business processes orworkflows.

5. ChangeManagement

  • Expertise inleading and managing organizational change, ensuring thatimprovements are successfully implemented and adopted byemployees.
  • Ability to train and guide staffthrough changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement anddriving employee engagement.

6.Communication and StakeholderManagement

  • Strongverbal and written communication skills to interact effectivelywith stakeholders, from senior leadership to front-lineemployees.
  • Ability to present findings,improvements, and results in a clear and compelling manner to avariety of audiences.

  • Ability tolead teams, provide guidance, and motivate employees to embracecontinuous improvement initiatives.
