Why Join Us? As a Project Manager at ALEC FITOUT, you’ll play a key role in crafting high-end interiors for luxury spaces across hospitality, retail, and commercial developments. About Your Team You will report to the Operations department and play a pivotal role within the Department, preparing highly accurate shop management and production files for bespoke Fit-out items. You will work closely with designers, engineers, and factory teams to ensure seamless production, compliance with design intent, and excellence in execution. Your Role As a Project Manager , you will take full ownership of high-end Fitout projects from inception through to handover. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery—ensuring all phases of the project meet client expectations, quality standards, budget targets, and timelines. Responsibilities Leading and managing Fitout project delivery from design coordination through site execution and handover Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets Coordinating with design, procurement, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure seamless execution Managing client expectations and serving as the primary point of contact Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and implementing risk mitigation strategies Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards Preparing progress reports, cost updates, and documentation for both internal teams and clients What We’re Looking For Experience: 10+ years of project management experience in interior Fitout , joinery, or construction, ideally with experience in commercial, retail, or hospitality sectors in the UAE or GCC Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fitout methodology, production, site execution, and authority approvals Expertise: Project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, MS Office, and reading technical drawings and BOQs Top Skills Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field Proven track record of delivering high-quality Fitout projects on time and within budget Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Strong multitasking ability and site coordination experience High attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset Museum fit out experience is a must.
