Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant (Sales & Power Platform) We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to join our team for a key project. This role requires strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and the Microsoft Power Platform . If you have a proven background in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise‑level solutions, customizations, and integrations within the D365 and Power Platform ecosystem, we would be pleased to receive your application. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high‑performance solutions within Dynamics 365 (Sales). Build and customize Model‑Driven Apps and Canvas Apps . Design, build, and maintain Azure Logic Apps to support complex enterprise integrations. Develop event‑driven, schedule‑based, and API‑triggered Logic Apps to streamline business processes. Develop and maintain Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals), ensuring secure and smooth external user interactions. Design and implement automation using Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Business Process Flows). Manage Power Platform environments, security roles, solutions, and DLP policies through the Power Platform Admin Center . Work on data modeling and schema design within Dataverse . Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Power Automate, Dataverse, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs . Participate in requirements gathering, solution architecture, and technical documentation. Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and end‑users to translate business needs into technical solutions. Follow ALM best practices and use Azure DevOps for deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of hands‑on experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE (Sales) solutions. Strong expertise in: • Power Pages • Power Automate • Power Platform administration • C# for plugins and custom workflows Solid understanding of: • Dataverse data structure and modeling • Integration methods and Azure services • DevOps and CI/CD pipelines • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certifications (highly preferred). Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
