**Job Overview**:
The role is responsible for providing technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central along with the implementation and administration of ERP. The role is also accountable for the routine support of IT and should be able to tailor the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the unique requirements of our business needs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Design an ERP solution and integrate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for any business needs.
- Develops and tests extensions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Leads data migration by transferring data from old systems to the new system (Microsoft D365).
- Maps and designs custom integrations between ERP systems, other systems, and third-party solutions.
- Management of functional specifications to technical solutions, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans
- Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based Add-ons.
- Document the system extensions and integrations.
- Develop recommendations and design practical solutions for business needs.
- Write technical specifications and collaborate with the team to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and well defined.
- Support key users in system integration acceptance testing.
- Management of multiple cloud instances and On-Premises instances of Dynamics including initial deployment, code releases, and database copies, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders.
- Code release management, ensuring successful build and deployment to relevant environments with appropriate release notes.
- Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required.
- Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central using Morph X & X++

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field.
- Relevant Microsoft D365/Power Platform Certifications are strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, configuration, designing and developing extensions/customizations for Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience of Microsoft Common Data Service and the Microsoft Power Platform would be an advantage.
- Data management expertise.
- Technical and coding skills such as Microsoft SQL, X++, ASP.NET, SSRS and C#.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
