We are looking for a results-driven IT Sales Consultant (Freelance) with proven experience selling IT solutions to industrial and enterprise clients . This role is ideal for professionals who already have industry connections and want to earn high commissions with long-term career growth opportunities . Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire industrial and enterprise clients (Manufacturing, Warehousing, Logistics, Retail, Supply Chain) Pitch and sell IT services, SaaS platforms, automation tools, and enterprise software solutions Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and partnerships Conduct client requirement discovery and solution presentations Coordinate with technical teams for demos and proposals Negotiate pricing and close deals Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates Build long-term customer relationships Commission & Growth Opportunity High Commission Per Deal (Performance-Based) Attractive recurring commission on long-term SaaS contracts Performance-based incentives Opportunity to convert into Full-Time Sales Manager / Business Development Manager role after successful probation period Career growth into regional sales leadership roles What We Offer High earning potential with uncapped commission Flexible working model (Remote ) Direct exposure to enterprise clients Opportunity to transition into permanent leadership role Strong technical and marketing support Growing SaaS product portfolio to sell Location Remote / Field Sales (Based on Market Territory) Probation to Full-Time Conversion Top-performing consultants who meet revenue and performance targets during the probation period will be offered full-time employment with fixed salary + commission structure .
